Owen Marcus has spent nearly fifty years helping men work through their bodies, relationships, and communities. His work runs from somatic practice and men’s groups to founding EVRYMAN, developing MELD, and training top coaches and therapists worldwide.

But the core work has remained constant: helping men stay present, connected, and responsible when the stakes are highest.

Today, Owen teaches Access Work as a practical system for restoring capacity, clarity, and connection under pressure. He trains leading coaches, therapists, and men’s group facilitators in this work through professional certification programs, while applying it privately with clients through Relational Executive Coaching, one of Access Work’s focused applications for leaders and professionals.

And strangely enough, that's where the work begins. Because going deep has never been about controlling the environment. It has always been about learning to stay present in the midst of it. Every resistance becomes another doorway. Every discomfort another invitation. Every moment another opportunity to choose presence instead of reaction.
